This was my favorite coffee when I lived in Melbourne for 2 years. Definitely had that "cappuccino on a rainy morning" vibe. I've been scouring Brisbane since trying to find that type of coffee again, but no luck. I'm so happy that Direct Coffee sells this, and at a better deal than ordering direct from Axil. The roast date was ~ 2 weeks prior to getting on my doorstep, which is excellent for interstate delivery.

Axil coffee is one of our favourite since we have tried back in Melbourne on dec 2023, as we reside in Adelaide and couldn't find one, so we find direct coffee to supply our beans from axil. Good service, good quality beans, quick response from customer service team, express shipping.

About The Coffee: Heavyweight is designed to be richer and more intense than our seasonal blend through further development in the roaster. This profile is more familiar to traditional espresso drinkers but allows the quality of the coffee to still shine through. As coffee is a seasonal product, we select and source each coffee based on harvest and processing methods to maintain a consistent cup profile all year round.
