San Fermin is a family-driven producer group whose members have steadily lifted both quality and living standards since the project began, with several expanding their landholdings along the way. Alongside Caturra, Castillo and Colombia, growers here also tend Typica, Bourbon, Tabi, Gesha and Catimor. Environmental care runs right through the operation, from native shade trees across the plots to wastewater filtration at the mill. In the cup it lands as pronounced citric acidity with the sweetness of bright fruit, milk chocolate and nutty notes, a medium body and a balanced finish.

We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays from our Melbourne warehouse.
